What
is E-Vision?
E-Vision is an inclusive asset management system designed for
enterprise customers who need better tracking and management of their
assets. E-Vision was designed to provide the enterprise manager with tools
for tracking the many aspects of managing a enterprise network. This product
can help customers control their entire site inventory including technology
assets, vehicles, furniture,
books or anything else that they might need to track. You are
also able to print and scan bar-coded inventory tags in compliance with federal
purchasing and disposal regulations.
E-Vision’s design allows for
the inventory control feature to be directly linked to a unique “help-desk”
system. This “help-desk” system allows for a user to input daily service
problems, tie the problems to specific assets and direct the problem to the
appropriate service personnel. This system greatly reduces administrative
problems associated with asset management.
E-Vision is an internet based ASP (Application Service Provider) which minimizes
technical challenges associated to software installations. Therefore you will
never have to worry about installing upgrades, data integrity or backups of
your information.
